Listing is free and there are no monthly fees.
5% commission on each sale during your first year with us
10% from the second year

What you'll want to know
Who sets the price?
You do. We check the official RRP so the advertised discount is real.
Who ships, and what does shipping cost?
You do, with your carrier. You set the shipping price to your country and to the other delivery countries (12 in the EU), or include it in the price.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe Connect, into your company's bank account, with the commission already deducted. We set it up with you before your first sale. We issue the buyer's invoice in your name, with your details.
What about returns?
As with any distance sale in the EU, buyers have 14 days to withdraw. You handle returns just as in your store; we mediate if needed.
What about the warranty?
You provide it, just as in your store. At least the legal guarantee on new products and twelve months on ex-demo. The months you offer are shown in the listing.
Will my name be shown? Does it affect my brand relationship?
In the catalogue your store appears under a seller name we assign, not yours: you can clear outlet and display stock without your name next to a discounted price. The buyer sees it when the order is confirmed. If you're a verified official distributor of a brand, you can appear under your own name.
Whose customer is it?
Yours. The sale and the invoice are your shop's, with your details, and the buyer sees your name when confirming the order. Before the purchase, messages go through Hifi-Max, which hides phone numbers, emails and websites on both sides.
Are there buyers?
Hifi-Max is new, and we won't give you figures we don't have yet. Every model has its own page with the specifications and, where there is any, the press that awarded it, and your offer appears alongside with the verified RRP. Listing costs you nothing and you can withdraw a unit from the catalogue whenever you like.
Why here and not on my website or a classifieds site?
On your website, the discount carries your name and your local customers see it. On a classifieds site, your display stock sits next to private sellers. Here only verified professionals list, a discount is only shown against a verified official RRP, and your name doesn't appear in the catalogue. You can keep selling it in your store too: if it sells there, you mark it as sold.
What do I need to sign up?
Be a professional dealer or distributor with a valid EU VAT number, which we check in the VIES register. We also review your store manually.
How long does it take to list?
Preparing the listings takes minutes: send us your list or your website and we get them ready for you to approve. Before anything goes live we review your store (once) and every offer.
